Dynamedics is an approved spin-off of the University of Florence, it has its roots in the Neurofarba Department, where, for over a decade, the staff of the research area in pharmacology, pharmacovigilance and pharmacoepidemiology has been involved in designing informatics systems for regional, national and international research projects relating to healthcare data flow, with a particular focus on safety and efficacy of drugs, parapharmaceuticals and medical devices. Our main technical partner is Spindox, a software house listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, having great experience with customers in the pharma, large-scale distribution and banking fields. Dynamedics team makes available to the client the sinergy between our two founding realities: the clinical and scientific expertise in the world of health of the university staff, composed by doctors, pharmacologists, biomedical engineers, and the technical and business experience of a software development company active for many years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Roberto Bonaiuti
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Electronics engineer specialized in bioengineering and Health Technology Assessment, since 2008 he works on information technologies for health and pharmacology at the Department of Neurofarba of the University of Florence in the role of project manager and technical manager for many regional, national and international research projects. His main interests and research fields include: data flows in healthcare and pharmacology, clinical engineering, information technologies for big data and machine learning in healthcare, virtual reality and gamification in the healthcare field, regulatory and governance obligations of new technologies in the biomedical sector. In Dynamedics, Roberto is in charge of the general management.
Martino Spighi
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
He worked for Plan Soft for over 20 years, moving from the role of developer to operations manager for important clients to the position of CEO. He is currently market manager for the pharma and healthcare area in Spindox. In Dynamedics, Martino is the Chief Operating Officer. He brings to our company his technical experience, in particular on design analysis in software development. Martino is the perfect interface to our main technical partner Spindox. Moreover, he provides to Dynamedics his experience in business management.
Sandro Pinna
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Graduated in government and business management and with an executive master in corporate and banking, he is an expert in resource planning, calculation of cost indicators and corporate profitability. He was also a research fellow at the University of Florence with a project in pharmacoeconomic analysis. With the company Samart srls, of which he is a founding partner, he offers business consulting, business planning, budgeting, management control and remote accounting services for companies. In Dynamedics, Sandro plays the role of financial and administrative manager.
Alfredo Vannacci
CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER
Medical Doctor with a specialization in toxicology and pharmacology, he is associate professor of pharmacology at the University of Florence. He is also university manager for the Pharmacovigilance Center of the Tuscany Region and founder and vice-president of CiaoLapo ETS. His interests and fields of research include preclinical and clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, pharmacoepidemiology, perinatal health and integrative medicines. He has always been a careful observer, user and promoter of information technologies in research and healthcare with the aim of improving design efficiency, scientific rigor and patient health. Information technologies are pivotal to the many national and international research projects under his scientific coordination. In Dynamedics, Alfredo is the scientific and clinical manager.
